The Fast Female isn’t your typical female empowerment brand. It’s fast-paced, no-nonsense, and unapologetically bold—designed for women who want to push limits, show up powerfully, and live life at full throttle.

From brand to website to workshops at Silverstone, the challenge was to create a visual and verbal identity that stood out in a sea of soft and passive messaging. We needed something with high energy, real edge, and total confidence—a brand that not only empowers, but accelerates.

Objective

Create a dynamic brand identity that feels exciting, powerful and female-first—but never fluffy.

  • Develop a design system that applies across digital platforms, live events, personal branding workshops and merch

  • Build a website that feels more like a movement than a brochure

  • Craft a tone of voice and visual style that inspires action—not just affirmation

Strategy

At Aphra, we don’t start with colours—we start with clarity.

Every brand begins with research, immersion, and moodboarding—diving into adjacent sectors, cultural references, audience personas and visual inspirations. With Fast Female, we looked at everything from streetwear and F1 branding to motivational design and music culture. The moodboard became a shared visual language that aligned the client’s ambition with the brand’s potential.

From there, we:

  • Explored logotype directions that felt fast, angular, and confident

  • Played with colour palettes that were vibrant, high-contrast and designed to pop both on screen and at live events

  • Developed a bold visual rhythm using caps lock headlines, punchy typography and electric gradients

  • Created a modular system for everything from branded workshop materials to digital templates

  • Finding stock imagery that matched the tone of Fast Female was a challenge—most racing visuals leaned too soft, staged, or stereotypical for the brand’s edge and pace

Brand Identity

This is a brand designed to move fast and be seen. The palette features bright, saturated tones—pinks, reds and neons—offset by black and white for punch and balance.

The typography is strong, directional, and slightly unexpected—just like the women it's built for. There’s energy in every touchpoint, whether it’s a content slide in a Silverstone branding workshop or an Instagram reel teaser.

We also brought in graphic shapes inspired by movement, speed and forward momentum, hinting at the brand’s relationship to motorsport without leaning too literally into the theme.

The Fast Female is everything a modern empowerment brand should be: bold, loud, energetic, and built for real-world momentum. With a clear identity and toolkit in place, the brand is ready to scale, inspire, and take up space—on screen, on stage, and on the track.
